Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons with protective separate foam inserts. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2: What are your standard terms of payment for international orders?
For orders less than USD 3000, 100% T/T in advance is required. For orders exceeding USD 3000, we accept 30% T/T in advance, with the 70% balance payable before shipment. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you settle the balance. We accept PayPal, T/T, and Western Union.
Q3: What delivery terms do you accept for shipments?
We offer flexible shipping arrangements and accept standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and CFR depending on your specific requirements.
Q4: How long does the production and delivery process usually take?
The specific delivery timeline depends entirely on the ordered items and order volume. Standard batch lead times average around 30-45 days after formal receipt of the deposit.
Q5: Can you manufacture custom lighting products based on provided samples?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. We can accurately manufacture fixtures according to your physical samples or provided engineering and technical drawings. We are also fully equipped to build customized production molds and specialized components.
Q6: Do you test all your goods before final delivery?
Yes, to maintain our strict quality benchmark, we carry out a comprehensive 100% quality and performance test on every single lighting fixture before dispatching from our facility.
