Q1. What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the 1st sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (depending on the model), FOB terms can be applied.
Q2. Can you accommodate custom designs and requirements?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshops, we have a professional LED team capable of developing products according to your specific requirements. Custom packing and logos are available with a MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
Q3. What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized products with specific packing and logos, the delivery time is roughly 25-30 days, depending on the order volume.
Q4. How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes between 35-50 days depending on the destination.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to minimize bank charges.
Q6. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, sample orders are welcomed. This allows you to test the quality and features of our LED products before committing to a larger production run.
