Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2 What about the lead time?
Sample needs around 2 days if in stock, otherwise needs 5-7 days. Mass production time needs 45-60 days.
Q3 Do you have any MOQ limit for the products order?
Our regular MOQ is 500 pieces, but we can also accept a lower quantity. Please contact us to discuss.
Q4 How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It typically takes 7-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Q5 How to proceed with an order for the products?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for the formal order. Lastly, we arrange the production.
Q6 Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes, we can print your logo on some products. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our sample.
